Our approach

Making the decision to start therapy is brave and takes real courage, here at Louder Than Words we offer a pluralistic approach, tailoring sessions to your individual needs. We believe that each one of us has the ability to grow and improve on our mental well-being. We are passionate about providing first class mental health care that is tailored to your needs and is available online, by telephone, email or in-person. We are able to offer neurodivergent counselling support due to one of our counsellors being openly Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexic meaning you will have someone who fully understands your needs.

A safe, inclusive, welcoming and diverse space for all. At louder than words all in person appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with complimentary water, soft drinks and individualized care.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in Bicker, Boston, where the counselling happens including video game therapy. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual therapy, teletherapy or email therapy.
